Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

At Brook House we tailor children’s educational journeys to their individual needs. This may sometimes mean working in partnership with outside agencies.

Through their website, Achieving for Children (AfC) provide information on local services and support available for families. This incorporates the existing SEND Local Offer, and also includes a dedicated section for Young People, and a Community Information section.
